Daylesford - Sault & Brandy Hot Forest Retreat

Studio Raiko was engaged to produce photo and video content for two of Daylesford's most celebrated hospitality destinations, showcasing Sault Restaurant's new seasonal menu and the immersive forest escape experience at Brandy Hot Forest Retreat. The full content library was conceived, captured, and delivered within a single week.

Working as a two person team, Benedict led video and photography across both locations while Kelly handled detail photography and client relations on the ground. At Sault, natural light and controlled supplementary lighting brought the texture and plating of the new menu to life. At Brandy Hot Forest Retreat, cinematic movement and careful composition captured the property's sense of seclusion and natural luxury across its 20 acres of Daylesford bushland.

The project delivered 3 edited video reels and 20 photographs, published across Studio Raiko and Kelly Laurent's Instagram platforms, demonstrating the studio's ability to produce premium multi format content across diverse hospitality environments under a tight turnaround.
